I´ve started packing

Hey everyone. How are you?

I thought I would pop in and say hello. I don’t like it when I stay away from my blog too long, but my new Youtube adventure has taken a lot of my time lately. Hopefully, I´ll be able to film and edit much quicker moving forward. I miss writing in here. It´s so relaxing.

Anyways, I am still waiting for my work to confirm my last final day. However, It seems like I´ll most likely be travelling during the second week of July. I haven’t booked any tickets yet, but I am not stressing about it. I have a voucher from Ryanair that I´ll use unless I am able to get a ride to Lalande. The best option would be to drive so that I don’t have to go through an airport and etc.

I am now in the process of registering as a sole trader, which is basically me stepping into the life of self-employment. I can’t begin to tell you how that makes me feel. I am stepping into my dream. Feels unreal. I just have to fill in the paperwork, which is easier said than done. I also need to get a VAT-number so that I can buy flowers from a wholesaler when I go to France. I am so grateful for Google! Haha

I´ve been busy creating another How I do my florals video today, which I am pretty excited about. I am trying to get as much work done before I move so that I don’t need to stress about it while I am halfway to Lalande. I´ve spent the rest of the afternoon organising all my stuff. I felt like I needed to see what I actually have and what I need to bring with me. Yes, I have actually started packing! Crazy!!

Love

Marie

Ps: Jessie, if you see this: Thank you SO much for your lovely card and generous gift. I couldn’t find your address or any other contact info on the card. That’s why I hope you see this post so that you know how much I appreciated your letter. Thank you so much!!

  1. Exciting times.

I sent this quote to my son just as he was leaving on a 2 year advednture to Australia, in 2018, and hopefully it will inspire and give you courage too:-

It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power ~ Alan Cohen

    Much love <3

  2. Everything becomes so much clearer when decisions have been made..There is focus in your life once more, the weight of struggle is lifted and you are free to create your dreams. There’s a Buddha quote which I thought was very appropriate to you…Release the Petals of your past self and Bloom. 💜 Your ideas and dreams that started as seeds of thoughts are now bursting through the Universe into your reality. Well done on all you’ve achieved and for all your future success. Never give ip on your dreams Namaste 🙏
